I try to help writers, marketers, and creative entrepreneurs in their creative journey.
Writing helps creators reflect, untangle mental clutter, and reduce friction in their creative process.
Yet, many people are afraid to write. But here, we’re not talking about writing for the public.
Writing as a tool for clarity — and personal improvement.
Why Write?
Location, medium, and tool—none of these are constraints. Write whenever and wherever you can. Just write.
I’ve found that writing bridges my emotional ebb and flow. It’s become a natural reaction for me: “Why not write and feel better?”
I usually pen down thoughts whenever I make time for myself.
The Beauty of Adaptability
Lately, my writing has evolved. I’ve moved from pen-and-paper pocket notebooks to WhatsApp drafts. Recording emotional bursts has become easier, more accessible, and more convenient. WhatsApp typing has, in many ways, replaced my pocket notebooks.
No worries if voice journaling isn’t always an option—WhatsApp is here! Today, journaling has become part of my regular routine.
Each tool has its own vibe and flexibility. Here’s what I use:
WhatsApp: A super quick tool to capture sentimental sparks and feelings.
Google Docs: When I have more time, I jot down thoughts to keep my mind clear.
Evernote: My go-to virtual notebook.
Notepad: Always handy when I’m searching for a pen and paper.
Voice Journaling: My favorite for capturing real-time emotions; it’s perfect for reflecting and expressing with ease.
The Common Thread
This experiment in writing has taught me an important lesson: it doesn’t matter if it’s a single sentence or just a pair of words. What matters is letting your thoughts flow like a stream.
Start writing. Trust me you’ll feel more grounded.
